Fill out the booking form on our website, or call us directly. Tell us which service you want and your address. We arrange a time that suits you – we are flexible.
Step 2
We fly and document
Our certified drone pilot arrives at the agreed time. We fly systematically over the entire property and capture high-resolution photos and video from all angles. Everything is done in under an hour.
Step 3
You receive the report
Within 24 hours of the inspection you receive a detailed PDF report by email. The report includes all photos with comments, an overall assessment and concrete recommendations.
What's included in the report?
The report is designed to give you a complete overview – in plain language. You should be able to bring it to contractors and insurers and be taken seriously.
- Summary of the condition with an overall assessment
- All inspection photos with map references and annotations
- Description of identified findings and defects
- Prioritised recommendations (what should be fixed now, what can wait)
- Optional: raw video from the drone flight
