We collect the following personal data when you contact us or book a service:
- Name and contact details (email, phone, address)
- Property address and details relevant to the assignment
- Photos and video footage from drone inspection of your property
- Communications between you and Ayvir (email, messages)

Storage and deletion
Photos and video footage from inspections are stored for up to 12 months after delivery, after which the material is deleted unless you request longer retention. Contact information and invoice data is retained in accordance with Norwegian bookkeeping legislation (5 years).

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data ('right to be forgotten')
- Request restriction of processing

- Data portability — receive your data in a machine-readable format

Ayvir does not share your personal data with third parties, except:
